Customized cuts in various materials, such as thermal conducting foils, EMC and shielding foils, acrylic or Perspex, wood and more can be produced with modern laser cutting technology or digital cutter also in small quantities at a more favorable price. CAD fiels can be processed without tool costs directly and precisely cuts can be realized. For customers, who can not supply a compatible date file, of course this is also created in our house.

Customized blanks of thermaley conductive foils (gap filler), bridge larger distances between components and enclosures.

Individual cups for associations and competitions
Individual cuttings are not only in demand in fashion and haircuts. Formed parts can be cut customizedly for cups and trophies. Association or competition specific artworks are generated out of acryl- and plexiglass plates, whose outlines are cut by laser out of the material with the adapted inscription or other graphical elements. Subsequently the surface can be refined for example by lacquering in different colours.
The trophies on the left picture were produced for the teakwon-do competition on 11.12.2010 in Bad Wildbad. It is an individual design for the first “Black Forest Open” in gold, silver and bronze as overprint on the laser cut and transparent plastic parts.
Craft set for toys and modelbuilding
A craft set for a toy car made of thin ply wood was developed as laser cutting. The particular parts can be sticked together and glued. The laser technology offers at this point multifunctional possibilities for blanks according to individual drawings, especially for modelbuilding.
